I really like the idea of the Grenade-type weapons from the games being a common weapon that can be used by multiple people (much like actual grenades) instead of something exclusively used by Rock.
If anything, I would think that Rock's Grenade Arm would be treated as more of a restocking mechanism that allows Rock to draw out grenades which would then be used normally, and would only be limited by weapon energy much like the Classic/X games.
